Step 1: Submit Job Order


Employers begin by submitting a job order detailing the specific requirements, job descriptions, and number of workers needed. Our team reviews the request and provides suitable options based on skill, experience, and nationality preferences.

Step 2: Selection & Interview


We carefully screen potential candidates from our network of accredited agencies and partner offices abroad. Sponsors are then invited to conduct interviews — either online or in person — to choose the best candidates that match their needs.

Step 3: Document Processing


Once workers are selected, Retal handles all the required documentation, including employment contracts, medical tests, insurance, and embassy verifications. We coordinate closely with local and foreign authorities to ensure legal and compliant processing.

Step 4: Deployment


After visa approval and travel arrangements, workers are oriented and prepared for their journey to the employer’s country. Our welfare and home care officers monitor each deployment to ensure a safe arrival and smooth transition into their new workplace.
